A great resource to accompany the teaching of non chronological reports. This A4 work mat or poster explains all the essential features of a report and can be used either at the beginning, during or at the end of the taught unit. As a poster it could be displayed as a reference for the children to use throughout the taught unit. Furthermore it could be used as a great revision aid for year 6 pupils.

 
 
As a work mat the children could have a laminated copy of the resource on the table and could use it for guidance or as a check list to ensure their piece of writing contains all of the key features.
