At the PTRC we offer two services:
Delivery by email.
The first is to provide resources by email for electronic download. Resources will be availabel to download instantly after purchase. This service is free
Delivery by 1st Class Mail.
We also provide resources sent out via first class mail. These include display resources loaded onto CD as well as prepared resources such as our display lettering, book labels and personalised peg and tray labels. We aim to process and deliver this to you within 5 working days but this may be slightly longer during busy periods. Please feel free to contact us to enquire how long it will take to process your order. This service costs £1 regardless of how many resources you purchase.
